Our foams exhibit ultra-open-cell structures with porosity over 95%, featuring struts forming hollow skeletal networks. Pore size is classified by PPI (e.g. grade 17–23 = 17–23 pores per inch). Nickel densities range from 0.3–0.6 g/cm³, and nickel‑chromium from 0.5–1.2 g/cm³. Relative density, porosity, pore size, and strut thickness are key to customizing mechanical, thermal, and acoustic performance .
